In summary, please keep your negative comments to yourself, and if you must speak, back it up with real science, not propaganda.
My doctor (who is himself 81 and still practising and active) is around 50kg, but if he was a 'healthy western weight' he would have been dead 20 years ago.
So where is the real science to back this up that this particular individual would have been dead 20 years ago, considering the average life expectancy of normal weight males is 76 (81 - 76 = 5 years ago at most) ...
Ah, so it's ok for you to shoot your mouth off without any real science, but nobody else can ... H Y P O C R I T ....
I am 81kg, 1.8m male.
I am now on a diet to shed 25kgs so that I don't develop the desease of wealth (diabetes/cardio vascular disease cancer etc).
Good luck with that, here is a BMI calculator (since we can not post without real science) that current puts you in a normal range and underweight at your goal:
http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/bmi-m.htm
And here is a link listing Heart Disease, Liver Disease, Kidney Failure, Blood vessel disease and Osteoporosis as diseases of the underweight:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Underweight
I personally prefer an injection of insulin every now and then too my bones cracking under their own weight and liver/kidneys failing ... but, each to their own ....
I await your personal links real science that compares overweight to underweight people with conclusions that back up your statements ...
