That does look fantastic --- exactly what I had envisioned doing by permanently placing a series of tiny rings around the leading edge of my foreskin, the way I proposed here viewtopic.php?f=3&t=43610, except that with my permanent method it wouldn't take 4 hands to accomplish and could be done any time on a whim. And it seems odd to me that neither guy in the video thought to suspend his flaccid dick by the PA piercing while the large ring was being moved up and down. It would have looked so sensual.

Well the guy being pierced did at least offer his foreskin up for the sewing needle. I found that film incredibly sexy and erection inducing. I just loved the way the piercer wanked the guys' foreskin up and down with the metal frame, with the penis head popping in and out. I bet the tension on his foreskin felt absolutely wonderful!
