My wife found it extremely uncomfortable. It's pretty rigid plastic and there isn't much angular maneuverability. You could buy it and cover it with jelly-type outer shell of dildo. Has to be kind of thin. Haven't tried it but using this method could significantly enhance the inner labia swelling!!!! You'll see.

My gf didn't like the 'sonde' for the same reasons, but it doesn't seem to bother others. German sex forums discuss it and some women rave about it. It probably depends on individual fit.
It's not much more, I'd just go ahead and get it and decide for yourself. It's purpose is to temporarily apply vacuum to the walls of the vagina as well as outside before the entry holes on the side of it get covered up by the labia. It DOES make a big difference of you're going to have intercourse immediately afterward. She'll think you're huge and you'll think she's crazy tight. Take my word for it.
