I pump my wife about once a week, for 45 minutes to one hour. She gets large rather quickly now. Her inner lips stay plump longer, too.
We've been pumping for maybe 7 years. We've only stop during her periods or when she was pregnant, twice. She prefers the larger 2" cock tube than the 1 1/2" tube. The inner lips get too swollen in the smaller tube, causing her clitoris to be covered and less sensitive while having sex. The larger tube makes everything grow equally, including making her clit more pronounced, and stick out of the hood.
