Question about Uploading video to the forum

Hello, I have what I hope id the start of a series of videos of pumpette to share. I have not been able to figure out how I can upload directly to to a posting here, or if it is even possible. If someone could enlighten me on the best way to accomplish this, I will post something I believe you'll like.

You can upload video , but it is very size restricted - 2Mb from memory. Most folks post to another upload site and just post the link for vids.

So now my question is, what other site is best, and how do you go about it? Is there a free site, or do I need to pay for a service?
