Have been pumping sporadically for a couple years sometimes with good result and sometimes not... All too often very uncomfortable with cramp like feeling and I think it's pump size and configuration. Saw a website I can't find now with details on taking measurements, sound familiar to anyone? Also anyone have inner labia piercings? Been considered a while but do they suffer with pumping? Am an advanced nipple pumper and ask same question regarding piercings

my wife has inner labia piercings and she pumps with no problem , about nipples i can't say anything

No experience to speak of plumpit, but i've seen many a photo of pierced nipples being pumped so take it it's ok..
