The only times i've gotten my girl really big is a long pumping sessions, pump on for around 10-15 mins, then off and play with it a little for 2-5mins (make sure you take breaks or it will become uncomfortable and red and splotchy) . repeat as many times as necessary, I've usually seen the best results after an hour and a half to 2 hours of that pattern. it seems from a lot of posts I've read a lot of people don't stick with it for an hour or more and thats where the most action happens. The problem with most store bought cups is that they cover too much area and aren't deep enough to allow full expansion. Given that, I like to create my own starting with a polycarbonate cup with a 2-3/4 to 3-1/4 inch opening. This can be flattened to a approximately 1-1/2 by 4 inch oval in a 375 degree oven. Once you have the general shape you can grind the rim to fairly closely follow the curves of the vulva. Then once you have the rough shape, take some polymer clay (you can find this at hobby stores) and create a wider, form fitting, and more comfortable rim. The great thing about this clay is that it is firm enough to do a test pump to ensure a proper / comfortable fit before setting the shape. Once you have a shape you are happy with you set the shape in a 275 degree oven - well below the temp required to modify the polycarbonate cup's shape. There are a bunch of tube connection option anything from duct tape :^) or oiled rubber tube to quick release connectors.

As far as pumping sessions, long time with medium pressure is far better than trying to rush it. Plan to take several hours to get amazing results, this will speed up as you pump more but long pump periods are more fun. Taking short breaks with a vibrator is always helpful to get more blood flow to the area and enhance pumping. Come to think about it taking breaks with a vibrator is good at anytime!!!

you are already on the right way. Take your time, the more often and longer you pump the better the results will be. High pressure isn't necessarily needed. The results you want will come, that's for sure.
