Here is a real video of inserting a paperclip into her nipple, it's in bad quality and a few years around the net. It's the only real nipple insertion i know.

Hello all.

The only nipple "insertions" I have come across are brutal SM practice. Attached is a screenshot from a TG video where nice 2" screws are "inserted" into already tortured nipples.

I agree...I'm all for having fun with your body parts, but their are limits if your sane. Some of this stuff is downright inappropriate. Mind you I'm not judging anyone , but I worry about a persons state of mind that, is so bored and under-stimulated by anything in life, that they possess an uncontrollable destructive need to drive screws into themselves...Just saying
