Pumping together

Hello All, My wife and I were wondering if there is a device that would allow us to pump at the same time. Maybe a tube with both ends open? Where she could be on one side and I the other? Or do you have any other suggestions? Or if the tube could be short enough to allow penetration while pumping? Thanks.
