The West is a society of obese. It is proven by the stats.
Look to the other nations of the world and you see people who are thin.
Look at history, look at animals. Thin is healthy, fat is just ugly and unhealthy.
I can't be bothered discussing the item with people who are so gullible (or lazy) that they believe what big business via the TV tells them.
Prolonging life = abstaining from food. Do the google search.
People who promote larger sizes as healthy are either fat women who hate women who control their eating or businesses which rely on the fat staying fat.

 Wow! Only time I've ever seen anything like this is when a friend of mine developed anorexia when she was 16. But, I will say this, you do bring up some excellent points on both sides of this issue. Our Western based diet is not the healthiest. (I'm one to talk, as I'm struggling with weight because of a spinal cord injury that prevents me from exercising.)
I would like to say that LEAN is healthy, and what I mean by that is the correct proportion of body fat/muscle. We do need a certain amount of body fat to keep us fueled up.
These girls have none. (Except the girl from Moldovia, she looked fine.)
As far as looking at these for sexual gratification, we all have our "thing." If this turns you on, who am I to judge you, so long as you don't force your partner to adopt that body type. I have to say that some of the girls got my attention sexually, and some repulsed me.
