Any suggestions on how I could stretch my foreskin opening to get it to retract. Trying to avoid surgery

Insertion of increasingly larger diameter inserts should stretch the foreskin. But go slowly; otherwise you will tear the foreskin; cause scar tissue to form and make further stretching more difficult.

The medical term for this is Phimosis, which I've been dealing with most of my life. A few links that you might find useful:
