strecheng: max weight I have had on each nip separate was a 5 kilos (+/-11 pounds)weight hanging on 8mm (0 g) thick rings. No pics of that. I can tell you, you do not move very fast then.
These new pics show stretching to 3 centimeters, screws actually are 3.5 cm, the barbell is 8mm.
