At age 22 I suffered a severe case of mumphs which led to primary hypogonadism, a medical condition where the testicles shrink and eventually become dysfunctional. I fathered two children after this, but began to suffer ED and loss of libido. My now ex-wife started to run around, maybe because of this--you think? Now much later, I have Androgel, the rub on testosterone replacement, and an Rx for Cialis. I am 60 and doing better than I was at 30. It might have saved my marriage if I'd had this help earlier.
Doctors can help. I have regular hormone level checks and prostate exams as well. I also have girlfriends and frequent sex.
