I created a new thru hole short PW for wearing 24/7 if need be. Here's a picture series of the PW in use and it's sizing. It really goes in hard and will NOT come out without quite a lot of pulling. Made out of stainless steel, feels neat installed to go along with my favorite pastime, ball stretching.

Sizing these is pretty tough, I happen to have another one, little different design, so I knew what OD I'd need to make the snap in part of the short PW in order to fit properly.

I do have more pictures but with the other PW in use instead of this new one. I probably have posted them on the forum in the past. I don't know how long they stay in the threads.

Today I threaded a ways in on my new long term wear PW.

Here are the results. Sure feels great hanging there, I tried a 1lb weight and it stayed in place...what a neat feeling..

Thanks for the nice comment. The PW removes slow with a bit of force but it's designed to STAY in place even with some weight hanging from it. I use a little bit of antibiotic cream on it going in and out. Just a steady pull and it pops out.

Just check out your web site on ball stretching... great site.. Been ball stretching on and off for years and have gotten into split collars the last few months. Actually started with a 1" and 1lb collar. will be adding more very soon.Love the weight of them on my balls. Your site had great information on all aspects of the split collar..... Your other stretchers seem like works of art! keep up the good work!

Looks great. What is the collar you are wearing behind the glans? it looks like it gives you a great mushroom head effect. Any pictures of this and do you pump with it?
