Dass so etwas möglich ist hätte ich nicht gedacht.
Ich hänge mir auch gerne Gewichte an die Eier, aber so extrem ist doch absolut geil.
Wie ziehst Du Dich so hoch hinauf ??
Über weitere Bilder würden wir uns wohl alle freuen.

| I'm aiming to go there myself! Can take the weight with feet and legs off ground but not achieved total suspension yet any positive do's or dont's would be appreciated

Stretcheng, my advice would be: Don't try it. Too many risks !
But if you must, take extreme care not to jerk. Thats why I use the springs. Practice with weights.

| Looks very good! I know it feels good. I've now managed ball hanging it becomes easier after a few times but my skin suffers with an iron parachute even with a sock to cushion it.I must make something more comfortable what do you use?

I've made what I think you may use here's a couple of photo's. I've couldn't manage full suspension the iron parachute offers more support.
