Some pics from our first pumping,when we try the pump. Not so much bigger lips but itīs first time. How often should we pump? Should we pump, wait 5 minutes pump again or? Help us for best results!

Here is the routine that most people would recommend.

Loosen things up with a warm bath.

Pump for 15 to 20 minutes.

take a break for 3 to 5 minutes

Pump again

break again


repeat as long as you would like......I suggest a minimum of an hour.

try one more time to pump..use more oil,but maybe too much??!!
