Reached 60, heart problems ,doc says I can't use viagra because the isosorbide mononitrate will react and kill me. Pumping is good for me, but even with the slingshot elastic, keeping it up long enough for the misses is a nono. Anyone got any suggestions, helpful please.
(I am not fat or of shape ) so fitness training is not the answer.

You could try Caverject. I know it's not pleasant sounding but it does work. It's really not that bad. Look at some of the other links.

There's also surgery where they place a device in the scrotum that inflates, getting the penis hard enough for penetration.

Thanks for the comments guys. It transpires that amongst other problems I have diabetes, which I now get treatment for, and can now use viagra again, problem solved

Glad to hear that you can take the pills whatever and not have to go to the needle. It's a solution only if pills etc don't work.
I take all three of the ED meds and found cialis to be the most help without the negative side effects but everyones different.
