I have been fiddling around making molds for various replacement parts for my old 1972 motor vehicle.
I decided to try using the silicone mold for the wife/my pumping jar.
here is the results, she is absolutely sold on the idea now, it is very comfortable as it stays very soft and if you are ball pumping you can leave it in place, if you pump your pussy up you can also leave the silicone ring around your lips and wear it all day if you wanted to.
the silicone is skin safe but to be safe I boiled it for 30 minutes and it didn't affect the silicone.
You only need make the mold to your size and shape and it is very quick to go off (approx. 30 mins) I used part of a PVC stormwater pipe to make it round and a plastic cap off a spray can for the centre hole.

it is a 2 part mix, you pour equal amounts and give it a good stir, thats it.
Like I said no pressure pain from the jar pushing into your groin area because it is so soft

Hey sparxxx,

I'm wondering how much I should get, how much would you estimate it took to create that mold? The stuff seems kinda expensive....although grams or kg's mean nothing to me as far as volume or size goes.....this stuff could be as good as gold for pumpers.

if you can get a 500mg kit that should be heaps.
I got the 2 kg set as I originally was using it for other stuff
you may find something similar where they sell stuff for making silicone masks as it will also be skin safe

Did you use any special technique or equipment to cut the groove for the neck of the jar?

no special techniques used. I used a piece of plastic sheeting that I put everything onto. I then used a gluegun (hobby glue gun) and stuck the other bit to it. when I poured the silicone into the round part I just put the jar down on top of it and centred it, about 5-10 minutes later snapped off the plastic parts and removed the centre cap by pushing it into the jar. The seal formed on the inside and outside of the jar. it can then be slipped of to remove your balls when they swell up as it is to hard to pull through the silicone while in place, the silicone then stretches to allow you to pull it over your balls. Makes it very easy to clean also.

My next project will be creating a sleeve that has the lip seal built into it so I can pump just the head without the shaft being affected.

I can then interchange the rings for myself or wife depends on who is using it at the time.

to find suppliers of pinkysil i did a google search and came up with 3 pages of suppliers. great idea and use of product. maybe a cone sitting in the center of the pvc pipe and then topped off with a sleeve the size of opening for balls could form a tapered inside opening of seal. just a thought and have not tried it myself. still a GREAT idea for jar pumprs.

How can we use this kind of seal in the way to do not finish a heavy pump session with this "nice" decoration around your meat ? (i always saw people who use this supplie "condamned" to wear it because the meat is to big to get out the seal) !

Is it enough souple to put it out after heavy pump ?

I used a sheet of plastic for the base, a small length of PVC pipe for the other ring.
I then placed a plastic lid of a spray can in the middle for the opening, poured in the silicone then placed the jar in the middle and in 20 minutes time my seal is made.

this can be used for so many items, if you want to make the missus a giant soft silicone dick you can. if you wish to make a mold of your pumped up dick, easy.

what ever you can think you can find a use for this stuff.

just make sure you spray the cylinders with a silicone based lubricant so it can be removed easily after you have completed your project.
