53 y/o extremely obese (170kg) and diabetic here. I am seeking others who may suffer from the inability to masturbate, ejaculate or get hard for advice.

My reasons are a fat belly which makes it difficult to reach, side affects of taking medication for diabetes and depression obviously contribute to this problem for me. I havent masturbated for 3 years, once the year before and twice the year before that. I have been known to be wet (pre ejaculate) many times after a session on the www before going to bed.

Is there a way to masturbate easily for me?

A session on the www, I take that as looking at porn etc ?
Yes, the diabetic and depression meds are without a doubt affecting your being able to get an erection. The depression meds are nortorious for affecting erections. And the diabetis itself is a major factor.
My wife n I had an obese/BBW female with the same problem that she had problems reaching her tush 'cause of her large belly. Seemed she could sit on the toilet and reach herself somewhat.
I've chatted with guys, with the same prob. They found that using a penis pump for means of masturbating, along with viagra, "and looking at porn".
