I had to dilate my meatus because I had an adhesion. This was done by inserting larger and larger catheters until the biggest one was about the diameter of a pencil. It worked very well, but I did have some bleeding at first. It greatly enhanced orgasms.

Here's another shot, this time close up and outside in the sun. I'm thinking of making another one of these but longer inside, through hole also, but shorter outside, maybe close to flush with the end of the glans.

Thanks Scorpio & Stainless for the compliments...and yes, it really does feel great! However, I'm still having a bit of difficulty getting the 13/14 mm sound to go in. Just have to keep working at it.

Now, Stainless. Love to see a picture of your PW. I've been looking for one, with a pee hole, that I can 'pop' in and have it stay in without fear of it falling out. Yours sounds like it might do the trick.

I found a penis plug/chastiy device that had a metal ring that fit around the ball sack and locked. It kept the penis at a curved down position. I can't find that website now. Any ideas?

And check out their gallery as I'm sure you'll find that particular plug there. If not you'll find the site interesting anyway. That's where I got my penis plug with hole. Only problem is that it slips out too easily and also (because it is 10mm has a tendency to slip too far into the penis.
