Are there any supplements or anything over the counter that can be taken to increas semon . My load isn't as much as it use to be and I was wondering if there is anything I can do to increase it?

drink lots of water and see if it increases volume. Did for me.

Drinking more water was my first thought. I've been trying that for a few months now and doesn't seem to be doing much to help. I drink between a half and a full gallon a day. I was hoping there was something over the counter I could try or maybe a combination of things.
